Julian Cho, L.Ac. | Olo Acupuncture New York City

Julian's Farewell

April 22, 2024

As many of you have likely heard, Licensed Acupuncturist Julian Cho's time at Olo is sadly coming to an end. "We knew from day one that our time with Julian was limited, and we are grateful for the time we have had," says Clinic Director, Yuka Hagiwara, L.Ac. "In his relatively short time with us, he proved himself to be a fantastic and skilled practitioner, developed a loyal patient following, and helped launch Olo's Queer Trans BIPOC-centered access hours, which we are looking forward to continuing."

As for his next step, Julian plans on visiting family in Korea over the summer before relocating to Seattle. There, he will study at the University of Washington "to learn more about mental health from a nursing perspective and how we can work towards a more holistic approach to behavioral health care."

Julian expresses "gratitude to all the patients who he has worked with, as well as to the Olo team for making QTBIPOC-centered shifts possible—and for continuing to provide wonderful care for the larger community."

Please join us in a heartfelt thank you as we wish him all the best in this exciting next chapter.

In the coming days, we'll make an announcement regarding his current Monday and Saturday shifts. In the meantime, for those interested in scheduling an appointment with Julian before he leaves, his last access hours shift will be Saturday, May 11th, and his last community acupuncture shift will be Monday, May 4th. You can check appointment availability online and by contacting the clinic by phone or email.
