Manage Your Appointments with Jane App’s New Mobile App

Booking and managing your appointments at Olo Acupuncture just got easier.

Jane App—our long-time online scheduling and patient management platform—has launched a new mobile app for patients, giving you a simple, secure way to view and manage your acupuncture appointments from your phone.

What You Can Do with the App

With the new app from Jane App, you can:

  • Book, reschedule, and cancel visits
  • View upcoming appointments
  • Receive appointment reminders and notifications

It’s a streamlined way to stay connected to your care—whether you’re planning your next session or checking your schedule on the go.

The app makes mobile booking faster and more convenient than ever. Need to schedule your next acupuncture session during your lunch break? Want to reschedule while you’re out running errands? Patient scheduling is now available 24/7 from anywhere.

No more waiting for office hours or playing phone tag—just simple, secure access whenever you need it.

What You Currently Cannot Do on the App

Not all desktop functionality is available in the app. Currently, you are unable to do the following:

  • Billing & Payment
  • Charting & Forms
  • View Your Appointment History
  • Messaging*

For these tasks, please continue using the desktop patient portal on our website, where you'll have full access to your complete account and detailed records.

No In-App Messaging for Now

In-app messaging is not available at this time. We know “messages” is one of the main options you can select in the app, and we’re currently exploring how to integrate this feature into our workflows. In the meantime, until we enable messages, the best way to reach us is by email, phone, or the chat function on our webpage.

How to Get Started

  1. Download the Jane For Clients App from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Sign in using the same email you use with Olo Acupuncture.
  3. Select Olo Acupuncture as your clinic, and you’re ready to go.

If you already use online booking, the app will feel familiar—just faster and easier to access.
