The app makes mobile booking faster and more convenient than ever. Need to schedule your next acupuncture session during your lunch break? Want to reschedule while you’re out running errands? Patient scheduling is now available 24/7 from anywhere.
No more waiting for office hours or playing phone tag—just simple, secure access whenever you need it.
Not all desktop functionality is available in the app. Currently, you are unable to do the following:
For these tasks, please continue using the desktop patient portal on our website, where you'll have full access to your complete account and detailed records.
No In-App Messaging for Now
In-app messaging is not available at this time. We know “messages” is one of the main options you can select in the app, and we’re currently exploring how to integrate this feature into our workflows. In the meantime, until we enable messages, the best way to reach us is by email, phone, or the chat function on our webpage.
If you already use online booking, the app will feel familiar—just faster and easier to access.
