Cancellations & Lateness

Our Policy

We know that life happens and schedules can change, but in fairness to our practitioners, staff and patients, we have established the following Cancellation and Lateness Policy. Thank you for your understanding.

Late Arrivals

We try to accommodate late patients up to 15-minutes after the scheduled treatment time, but you may be asked to wait, or the treatment may be cut short in order to treat on-time patients.

Patients running more than 15-minutes late are considered late cancelled. See our same day rescheduling section below for options.

If you are running late please contact us so we can plan accordingly.

Call Us

Early Cancellations

Early cancellations are those that occur more than 24 hours before your appointment time. There is no charge for early cancellations.

Please cancel online whenever possible. If you cannot cancel online, any call, email or voicemail that arrives before the 24 hour window will be considered an early cancellation.

Late Cancellations

Any appointment cancelled with less than 24-hours notice is considered a late cancellation and charged the full amount.

These appointments cannot be cancelled online. You must call, leave a voicemail or email us directly to late cancel an appointment.

Same Day Rescheduling

As a courtesy,  appointments can be rescheduled, without charge, for any available appointment with any practitioner during that same calendar day.
