Cancellation & Lateness

Our Policy

We know that life happens and schedules can change, but in fairness to our practitioners, staff and patients, we have established the following Cancellation and Lateness Policy. Thank you for your understanding.

Please be on time and ready to be seen at your appointment time. If you need time to use the restroom or otherwise get settled, you should arrive with enough time to do so before your appointment.

Late Arrivals

Patients not ready to be seen more than 5 minutes past their appointment time are considered late. We try to accommodate late patients, but it depends on the schedule, and we can not guarantee that we can see you.

In keeping with our 24-hour cancelation policy (see below), late patients are charged in full for their appointments.

If you are running late, communicating with us as soon as possible gives us the best chance of accommodating you. You can contact us by phone, text, or email.

Early Cancellations

Early cancellations are those that occur more than 24 hours before your appointment time. There is no charge for early cancellations.

Please cancel online whenever possible. If you cannot cancel online, any call, email or voicemail that arrives before the 24 hour window will be considered an early cancellation.
