Accessibility and health equity have been part of how Olo has operated since we opened in 2011. We run three programs designed to lower the cost of care for patients who would otherwise have trouble accessing acupuncture:

• Sliding Scale — a range of community room rates. To get started, patients review a short list of questions that helps them identify which rate level fits their situation, then fill out a Google Form to formally apply at that level.
• Access Hours — dedicated shifts centered around the care of our queer, trans, and BIPOC community members.
• Activist and Organizer Treatments — discounted treatments allocated for activists and organizers doing work to make New York more equitable.
