At Olo, not only is the acupuncturist working to heal you, you are working with every person in the room to heal each other. I'm a cancer survivor and a person with epilepsy and believed only in the patient-provider relationship and western medicine system for a long time. For the past 4 years I have been working with Jane, a magical healer. Jane has helped me through a lot of injuries, diseases, and tragic life events, and has helped me understand my body as it is. She's made me a believer in acupuncture. I am so thankful for her and the whole Olo team. I honestly can't imagine a weekly healing treatment anywhere else.

I’ve had migraines for as long as I can remember. Usually I would have 3-4 bad headaches per week. Sometimes they were weather related, sometimes stress related, sometimes food related, but I couldn’t seem to keep them from coming. I tried over the counter and prescription meds but both only offered temporary relief. I started getting acupuncture from Jane and for the first time in my adult life I went 3 weeks without getting a single headache. There were even weather fronts coming in and still, no headache. Another thing that suprised me about acupuncture was how it kept me from getting sick. During the time I was getting treatment I felt myself coming down with a cold, with a sore throat. I had a treatment that night and the cold was gone the next day. I didn’t go through the typical 2 week cold cycle I usually experience in the winter. What a relief.

I had numbness and tingling in both feet after getting chemotherapy. I couldn't feel anything, even massages during a pedicure. I had a hard time standing and walking around for any length of time. I started getting acupuncture from Jane twice a week and within 2 weeks my feet had almost all their feeling back. I had a heel spur in one foot and that cleared up after a few treatments as well. I continue to feel improvement with every treatment and like the way I feel when I leave. It's almost like having had an hour massage.

Olo acupuncture is a wonderful place that holds importance in detail. I had the most amazing treatment with Jane Terrana and I would recommend this place whole heartedly. Being an acupuncturist myself, I was very impressed by the entire experience. Go see Jane!!! She is very knowledgable and has such a healing energy!

I went to Olo yesterday on the recommendation of a dance instructior/personal trainer friend of mine and it was a great experience. She told me about it Wednesday night, I purchased a Yelp deal (80 for 120), and made an online appt Thursday am for later that evening. I didn't know that if you are a new customer and an exisiting customer refers you, you're new patient visit is only 80, instead of 120, but it worked out for me. Susan was lovely to speak with on the phone and in person. The location and space itself was very clean and calming. I made an appointment with Jane and she was very knowledgeable and soothing in the way she spoke and dealt with my body. I went in at 7 and fell asleep at some time, despite the loud thunder/lighting storm outside, and was woken up at 9. I felt refreshed and calm for the rest of the evening before I went to bed. Looking forward to future appointments with Olo.

Everything about Olo Acupuncture is wonderful. Jane Terrana is fantastic. I've been to other acupuncturists in NYC and they don't compare. The community room is fantastic, it allows you to get the full effects of the treatment without feeling rushed. I can't say enough about them. If you have chronic pain issues you have to try it.

So, I was in a car accident two days before my 5-day trip to NY was scheduled to depart. I couldn't skip a trip to New York! So reason aside, I made my way and my neck was not happy. A friend suggested acupuncture, which we Yelped & found Olo. Making an appointment was easy, finding the location was too. Michael, the office assistant, was really friendly and helpful. I've never had acupuncture done before, so I really wasn't sure what to expect. The practitioner who helped me was Hyun Lee. She took me into a small room before the acupuncture to discuss my concerns, medical history, and any questions I had. She is clearly a well versed practitioner of TCM; very knowledgable and kind. The room where the acupuncture is done is calm and relaxing, and it's easy to slip into a meditative (or snoring) state, even with needles protruding from you flesh. A day later, I'm feeling some relief and hoping to get in another session before I head back to California!

After a visit to a sketchy acupuncture practice uptown, I decided to try Olo Acupuncture after reading the Yelp reviews. While the reviews were stellar, the experience was beyond what was anticipated. On the top floor of a Chelsea building, Olo Acupunture is modern yet welcoming. All forms for first visits are filled out on computers while you can help yourself to tea and water. Hyun Lee was very friendly during our "first timer" Interview and took additional notes on her computer while reviewing my forms. My treatment was the best I've had to date. I did not sense any needles and was encouraged by Lee's attention to detail (pains and relief by pressure/needle placement). The community style room had me curious but it's extremely inviting, relaxing and most importantly respected by other customers (only noise was the calming fans). I'm fully committed to Olo now. I've already scheduled my next appointment and have recommended this place to several colleagues in the lst 72hrs.

Wonderful experience! The space is warm and welcoming, as is the staff. Saw Erika about a knee issue, and the pain was gone within a week! Great place to try acupuncture for the first time. There's nothing to be afraid of as Erika explains exactly what's going on in the most relaxing manner.

My first experience with acupuncture, and a great one. I saw Erika for a few months with a pinched nerve. She always seemed to find the right setting to relieve any pain/tension. Always patient with me, explaining what did what and where. I never once felt rushed, letting me relax as long as I had time available. I will certainly go back if I ever need acupuncture again.
