FAQs

How often should I come in for acupuncture?

A typical starting frequency at Olo is once or twice a week for the first few weeks, then tapering as your symptoms improve. For acute issues — a recent injury, a flare-up, an upcoming stressful event — more frequent visits early on tend to work best. For chronic conditions like long-standing back pain, fertility support, or anxiety, weekly visits over four to eight weeks are common before transitioning to less frequent maintenance care.

Your practitioner will recommend a starting cadence at your first visit and reassess as you progress. If life or budget make weekly visits tough, that's worth saying out loud — we'll work with you on a realistic schedule rather than one you can't sustain.

Book your first visit here or contact us if you'd like to talk through a plan first.
