How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Most rescheduling and cancellations can be handled online through your patient account — log in and adjust your appointment directly, anytime.

If you need to make a change with less than 24 hours' notice, please contact us directly so we can help you and offer the slot to another patient. Phone, voicemail, email, text, and chat all work — whatever's fastest for you. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to our cancellation and lateness policy.
