FAQs

Do you offer cupping or gua sha?

Yes. Olo offers cupping and gua sha both as standalone treatments and as part of an acupuncture session when your practitioner thinks they'll help.

Cupping uses suction (with glass or silicone cups) to draw blood flow to areas of muscle tension, stiffness, or fascial restriction — patients often come in for it after long workouts, with stubborn neck or back tightness, or during cold and flu season. Gua sha uses a smooth-edged tool to scrape along tight muscles, which can release tension, improve circulation, and reduce inflammation.

Both are commonly added into acupuncture treatments at no extra cost when they fit the plan. If you'd like a full session focused on cupping or gua sha specifically, book a treatment and mention your interest in advance, or contact us with questions.
