Olo accepts major credit and debit cards. While we save card info on file, to help keep our transaction costs down and our services more affordable, please pay in the clinic (via swipe or contactless payment) whenever possible.  

‍Cash is accepted, but we ask that you have exact change. If you don’t have exact change, we will credit your account for any amount over the balance owed.

‍Checks to “Olo Acupuncture” are accepted. 

‍Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) cards are accepted. While acupuncture is typically accepted, please direct any questions to your plan administrator regarding the specific requirements of your plan, such as conditions, treatment types, the need for pre-approval, receipts, or similar documentation.  

Many health insurance plans cover acupuncture treatments. Visit our insurance page to learn more and submit a verification request. Our providers are mostly out-of-network, but we do have some in-network providers with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.
