A few simple things will help you get the most out of your session. You do not want to come in starving or stuffed. We recommend a light meal or snack an hour or so beforehand. Stay hydrated, and avoid alcohol in the hours before your appointment. Wear loose, comfortable clothing so your practitioner can access points on your arms, legs, and feet without difficulty.
If it's your first visit, make sure to complete your profile and health history online before your arrival. If you have not received emails from us, check your spam folder and contact us as needed. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to use the restroom and get settled before your appointment time.
