FAQ

What is a co-pay or co-insurance for acupuncture?

A co-pay is a fixed dollar amount you pay per visit (for example, $30 per acupuncture session), regardless of the total cost. Co-insurance is a percentage of the cost that you pay after your deductible has been met — for example, your plan might cover 80%, and you pay the remaining 20%. Both are common ways insurers share costs with patients, and your specific plan may use one or both.

At Olo Acupuncture, we will check your co-pay and co-insurance amounts during your free insurance verification so you know what to expect before your first appointment. Submit your information on our insurance page by clicking the 'Get Started' button, and we will generally get back to you within one business day.
