Most Olo Acupuncture practitioners are out-of-network with insurance plans, with the exception of Anthem BCBS, for which both in-network and out-of-network appointments are available.
In-network means your insurance company has a contract with the provider, typically resulting in lower out-of-pocket costs for you; out-of-network means there's no direct contract — your insurer may still cover part of the cost, but your share (co-insurance, deductible) is usually higher. Being out-of-network doesn't mean you're without benefits — it's simply a different reimbursement structure, and out-of-network benefits vary by plan.
At Olo, we verify your specific coverage as part of our free verification process to help you better plan for your care and avoid surprises. Submit your information on our insurance page by clicking the 'Get Started' button, and we'll generally get back to you within one business day.
